Genesis Estates

Genesis Estates is an affordable housing development that consists of single-family homes. It is across the street from Thorne Ridge Apartments – containing 36 homes that have been built and sold thus far.  Some homeowners in the sub-division participated in counseling sessions provided by the RMECDC Housing Counseling Center.  Interested buyers are guided through a comprehensive program that provides them with valuable information on how to prepare for, purchase and maintain their own home.  The HUD-approved Housing Counseling Center is available to discuss your homeowner options with you.

There are 26 lots remaining at Genesis Estates that will allow potential homebuyers to construct new homes for ownership or for  organizations to build rental units for seniors and the disabled.
